1908<\/td>\nFounding of the Becker, K\u00f6hler & Co. company by Hermann Becker, Heinrich K\u00f6hler and Johann Ferdinand Mohr on 01.11.1908.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1909<\/td>\nSale of more than 400 tons of manganese hard steel.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1920<\/td>\nJohann Ferdinand Mohr leaves the Becker K\u00f6hler & Co. company and founds the Ferdinand Mohr GmbH company on 16.11.1920.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1940<\/td>\nFerdinand Mohr GmbH opens a branch in Munich.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1945<\/td>\nThe office of Ferdinand Mohr GmbH in Kassel falls victim to bombing raids during the second world war. The headquarters of the company is then relocated close to Hofgeismar.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1948<\/td>\nDr. Ruth K\u00f6hler (daughter of Heinrich K\u00f6hler) enters the Becker, K\u00f6hler und Co. company.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1954<\/td>\nJohann Ferdinand Mohr dies and from this point on, his son Ferdinand Mohr heads Ferdinand Mohr GmbH.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1957<\/td>\nHermann Becker and Heinrich K\u00f6hler leave the company, Dr. Ruth K\u00f6hler takes over the running of Becker, K\u00f6hler & Co.
\nThe seat of Ferdinand Mohr GmbH is relocated to Kassel-Harleshausen.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1962<\/td>\nA subsidiary of Ferdinand Mohr GmbH is founded in Austria.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1968<\/td>\nFounding of the K\u00f6hler & Co. company by Dr. Ruth K\u00f6hler and Dipl.-Ing. Dietrich G\u00f6rg

1980<\/td>\nDipl.-Ing. Klaus Drescher joins the board of Ferdinand Mohr GmbH and runs the company together with his father in law Ferdinand Mohr.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1985<\/td>\nFerdinand Mohr passes away.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1990<\/td>\nDr. Ruth K\u00f6hler leaves the K\u00f6hler & Co. company<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1993<\/td>\nRelocation of the company seat of K\u00f6hler & Co. to the site in the Kassel-Waldau industrial zone.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2001<\/td>\nTo ensure better market presence, the former competitors Klaus Drescher and Dietrich G\u00f6rg found on 24.07.2001 the new joint venture Mohr + K\u00f6hler GmbH with
\nlocations in Kassel-Harleshausen (Sales) and Kassel-Waldau (Workshop and Warehouse).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2013<\/td>\nAt the age of 79, Dietrich G\u00f6rg withdraws from active participation in the business.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2016<\/td>\nDipl.-Ing. Ralph Roth acquires the shares of Klaus Drescher and Dietrich G\u00f6rg and takes over the management of Mohr + K\u00f6hler GmbH. The company merges at the Kassel-Waldau location.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2017<\/td>\nAcquisition of VTA in St. Ingbert<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
